After more than 25 years in the automotive industry and over a decade as a General Manager, I experienced firsthand the challenges dealerships face every day—managing sales performance, payroll, accountability, reporting, and profitability while trying to lead teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Throughout my career, I saw dealerships relying on spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and manual processes that consumed valuable time and often left leaders reacting to problems instead of preventing them. I knew there had to be a better way.
